Non-Extraction therapy, developed by Dr. Norman M. Cetlin and Dr. Raphael L. Greenfield, have designed an appliance system specifically for the Non-Extraction practitioner.
Most malocclusions have some degree of contraction, mesially and vertically displaced arches, as well as rotated molars. The utilization of molar distalizers (e.g., Cetin removable plate, fixed Greenfield Molar Distalizer and Greenfield Lingual Distalizer), together with GAC’s extraoral headgears, palatal bars and lip bumpers, facilitate the correction of these abnormalities.
Simultaneous application of expansion and distalization mechanics in the maxillary and madibular dentitions, together with interarch coordination (C.A.D), create well-developed arches that enhance function, aesthetics and long-term stability.
Cetlin-Greenfield In-Ovation R prescription is now available. This prescription will provide effective and efficient Non-Extraction treatment results case after case. The low friction/free-sliding mechanics desired in the early stages of Non-Extraction treatment are designed into the many advanced features of the In-Ovation system bracket.
